I’ve been doing some shopping for fall and with my growing baby bump, I’m in need of some fall maternity dresses! I love to wear maternity dresses when I’m pregnant because they’re easy to throw on and can be styled multiple ways. We have fall family photos coming up that are going to double as our maternity photos, so I’ve been on the hunt for fall maternity photo dresses. We also had a family wedding last weekend and I wore a couple of bump-friendly dresses that I loved!
Fall Maternity Dresses for Special Occasions
So today I’m sharing some fall maternity photo or maternity wedding guest dresses that I think you’ll love! These dresses can really be dressed up or down so they’re perfect for every day wear, or for an event like a baby shower or maternity photos. Maternity Midi Dresses
I love this navy plaid maternity midi dress for fall family photos! It’s a great length if you’ve got little kids you’ll be chasing around. Style it with fall booties or sandals. The pattern of this plaid maternity dress is so cute but not overwhelming and it won’t make you look like a picnic blanket. Navy is a pretty easy color to coordinate family photo outfits with too. I’d also wear this one with sneakers for everyday wear!
I love this rust tiered maternity midi dress for family photos or for a wedding! I’d layer a denim or suede jacket on top for the cooler weather. It also comes in this gorgeous beige color which is perfect if you want to coordinate with neutrals for your maternity photo outfits.
This mauve floral smocked square-necked maternity dress is so beautiful! I have it in a different color that’s no longer available but the floral pattern is so pretty and the smocked top is very flattering. It’s unlined so super lightweight for warmer fall weather. You could easily layer a denim jacket or suede jacket over it and this would be so pretty with fall booties for fall maternity photos.
Knee-Length Mini Maternity Dresses
I don’t always love to wear a shorter dress but I found some really cute maternity dresses and had to share. This navy smocked knee-length maternity dress I wore to my brother-in-law’s wedding last weekend was so comfortable. I got a lot of compliments on it and the smocked top is very flattering! It’s unlined and off-the-shoulder which I love. It would be so easy to wear with sneakers for everyday wear, or layer with a suede jacket and some fall heels for a fall wedding. This navy maternity dress is also perfect for fall family photos!
This adorable floral print maternity dress is perfect for fall! It’s got a trendy collared neckline and would even be cute postpartum. I love to wear a pretty floral pattern and this tiered maternity dress is just so gorgeous. It would be so pretty in fall family photos (especially if the leaves haven’t quite changed yet and you need a pop of color!).
I also really love this rust swiss dot smocked maternity dress for a fall wedding or fall maternity photos! The 3/4 sleeves are gorgeous and I love the texture for added interest. It also comes in black in case you’re looking for something that will transcend seasons.
Maxi and Formal Dresses for Fall Occasions
I love this more formal gorgeous blue maxi dress for a fall wedding or for fall maternity photos. It has a flattering tie waist and fluter sleeves. This bump friendly dress is so flowy and lightweight and would look stunning in outdoor maternity photos.
